Independance Day 2023

The Unanimous Declaration of the thirteen States of America

13 North American colonies seceded from Great Britain and proclaimed themselves the United States of America on July 4, 1776.
This declaration, inspired by the philosophy of the “Age of Enlightenment”, has been inscribed on the UNESCO “Memory of the World” list since 2005, and has become the National Holiday of the United States.
As every year, with the agreement of the directors of the cemeteries of Colleville sur Mer and Saint James Montjoie st Martin, the association will distribute a rose in the morning to any visitor who wishes to pay tribute to a soldier resting in the necropolis.
All members who wish to join them that morning, will be able to honor their soldier(s) with flowers from their garden.

We recommend that you wear your badge (pin).
Details will be posted on the site if necessary.
